My name is Marcel Kibirige, a current student at the U of M, proud CEO and designer at Petal Atelier.

When I started my flower shop, it was more than a business; it was a way to connect with my roots. My parents owned a farm, and my mom had a small section of the farm she dedicated to a flower garden, where she nurtured flowers of different kinds.

Beyond the ordinary

I would sit with her, watching how gentle she was as she cared for each bloom, and over time, I fell in love with that same delicate craft. Today, we are located in the heart of Winnipeg, and though we’ve only been in business for less than a year, every arrangement we create carries that same care.
